The app may send you push notifications to inform you of new requests, responses and event reminders. You can disable notifications at any time from your iPhone Settings or from the notifications section in your profile within the app.
Apple Calendar sync is a fully optional feature you can toggle on or off from your profile. When enabled, confirmed Nido events and requests are added to a dedicated calendar on your iPhone. This sync happens only on your device, and we do not share data with Apple beyond what the iOS API itself requires.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you with an in-app notification or by email. The last-updated date is always visible at the top of this page.

To use Nido Family you must create an account with a valid email address or via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:
Creating fake accounts, using third-party email addresses without their consent or impersonating another person is prohibited.
Nido Family offers a free plan with the following limitations:
When you create a new family, a 7-day free trial of Nido Plus is automatically activated. No credit card is required during the trial. The trial can only be used once per Apple ID.
Nido Plus is the paid subscription that unlocks all features without limits. Available in two options:
The subscription applies to one family. All members of that family automatically benefit when the administrator has Nido Plus active.
Subscriptions are fully managed by Apple through the App Store. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. The charge is applied to your Apple ID account. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled through Apple according to their policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You agree to use Nido Family only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following is prohibited:
You are solely responsible for all content you enter in the app: names, photos, notes, events and any other information. By entering content in Nido Family you represent that:
Nido Family acts solely as a technical service provider and has no access or editorial control over the content users enter in their private family groups.
We strive to keep the service available continuously, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily interrupted due to:

Nido Family and all its elements — design, code, logos, icons, text and functionality — are the exclusive property of Daniel Fernández and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Using the app does not grant you any ownership rights over the software or its content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on your personal iOS devices, solely for the purposes described in these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nido Family shall not be liable for:
Nido Family is a family coordination and communication tool. Care decisions are the sole responsibility of the users and their families.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account within the app. Doing so will permanently erase all your personal data.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
Cancelling your Nido Plus subscription does not delete your account — it simply switches to the free plan at the end of the current billing period.
We may modify these terms at any time. When changes are significant, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance via an in-app notification. Continued use of the app after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of Nido Family, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
